In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "User," "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any natural person who registers an account and uses any service offered on the Platform.

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion or responsible gaming exclusion list.
• You must maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.

To access real-money services on luck99, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to the following obligations regarding your Account:

• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). luck99 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must immediately notify luck99 via our support channels if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• You may register only one (1) Account per person, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Violations of this rule constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• luck99 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where registration conflicts with applicable law, responsible gaming obligations, or internal risk management policies.

In order to protect the integrity of the Platform and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, luc k99 requires all Users to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process may include:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three (3) months confirming your registered residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming ownership matches the registered Account name.
• Source of Funds: Where deposits exceed internal thresholds, luck99 may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds.

luck99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, not only at the time of the first withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by our support team may be suspended. Any winnings accumulated during a suspended KYC review period remain subject to verification and may be voided if fraud or eligibility violations are identified.

All deposits on the luck99 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

• luck99 accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• luck99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which luck99 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. If a deposit is not reflected within two (2) hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• luck99 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and matching your verified Account details. luck99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will be rejected.
• Withdrawals are processed during business hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next available business day.
• luck99 targets withdrawal processing within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours for verified Accounts. Accounts pending KYC verification may experience longer processing times.
• luck99 reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
• In cases where the Platform suspects fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or bonus abuse, luck99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation, with winnings potentially voided.

luck99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 or over who have successfully registered and verified their Account.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) that must be completed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• luck99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Any ongoing wagering activity related to an amended bonus will be handled in accordance with the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited.

• If luck99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to coordinated play, arbitrage strategies, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — it reserves the right to void the bonus and related winnings, and to restrict future promotional eligibility.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the Platform, covering sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other game types including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (sports bookmaking markets), and sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting entertainment):

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. luck99 accepts no responsibility for bets that were not successfully submitted due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or user error.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and per market. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of wagering.
• All sporting event results are determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). luck99 will use official results to settle bets once confirmed.
• In the event of any technical malfunction, error in odds display, or manifest error, luck99 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to a wager being confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet placement confirmation are those that apply to that wager.
• luck99 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close any Account where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors, coordinated play, or arbitrage activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum permissible loss amounts over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders or automatic logout after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.

All content on the luck99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, written materials, and marketing assets — is the exclusive property of luck99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from luck99.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

luck99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or display a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck99 is licensed and registered.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
